Egg Salad

6 - 8 boiled and sliced eggs

1/3 cup(c) full cream mayonaise

2 teaspoons(t) whole grain mustard

1 Tablespoon(T) lemon juice

1/2 stalk finely cut celery

2 T chopped chives

pinch of paprika

Mix everything together.

Crunchy Green salad

1 salad head finely chopped

1 green pepper finely chopped

1 medium onion finely chopped

2 stalks of celery finely chopped

1 cup frozen peas (2 Tablespoons 10 carbs per portion)

Place these greens in layers.

Cover with 1 cup of miracle whirl

 Sprinkle finely grated Parmezan cheese on top and cover with plastic wrap until needed.
