Five of the best foods to eat to reduce inflammation

1. Cacao- not cocoa! The Aztec's named it 'the food of the god's. It has anti-inflammatory properties (20 x stronger than blue berries). It lessens the risk of cancer, diabetes, arthritis, depression and even Alzheimer's Disease.

2. Berries is an anti-oxidant, kills cancer cells and reduce tumor size. It can be frozen and use fozen.

3. Flax seeds. It is not to snack on but good dietary fiber especially omega - 3 and reduce heart disease. Flax seeds in granola or tossed through a salad and even grounded for ultimate absorption.

4. Leafy greens help with the productionn of serotonin and dopamine. It makes us feel joyful. It alkalize and detox the body. Aside from salads and steamed veggies, smoothies are also a good way to get all the nutrients in.

5 Turmeric is used in Ayurvedic practice, it is anti-inflammatory, anti- tumor, an anti-oxidant, prevents Alzheimer's Disease, improve skin conditions and fight cancer.
