Bell pepper - 9gram (g)

Broccoli, kale, Brussel sprouts, radishes, cabbage - 6g

Asparagus - 8g

Spinach - 3g, cooked - 1g

mushrooms - 2g

Zuchinis - 4g

Avocado - 13g

cauliflower -5g

Green beans - 10g

lettuce - 2g

garlic - 1 clove 1g

cucumber = 4g

celery - 3g

tamatoes - 6g

onions - 1/2 cup 6g

egg plant - 8g

artichokes - 4g

Remember good fats is satifying and you do not crave carbs. Use olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil and butter. There are others too, but I prefer these oils for cooking and as part of salad dressings.

Keto omelet

6 eggs

2 Tablespoons (T) cream

3/4 cup(c) shredded cheese, divided

Whisk eggs and cream till fluffy, then add 1/2 the cheese.

Melt 50 grams(g) butter and saute 150 g diced ham and 1/2 onion finely chopped.

Add egg mixture, fry till almost firm. Reduce the heat. Sprinkle rest of the cheese, fold and serve immediately.
