6 Spicy Tuna Cups - Freeze well

150 grams drained tuna

2 eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 c mayonnaise

1/4 c chopped onion

3/4 c grated mature cheddar

3/4 c crumbled feta cheese

1 Tablespoon parsley

salt and pepper

jalapenos for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease silicon muffin pan.

Combine tuna, eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, onions, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

Fill the muffin pan and garnish each cup with jalapeno.

Bake 25 minutes and serve warm with salads.
